Billed monthly by card on file. No setup fee, no contract, two weeks' notice to cancel. Weekly means 4 to 5 visits a month depending on the calendar; the price is the same either way.
Three things. That's the whole list.
Everything else, chlorine vs salt, pebble vs plaster, cartridge vs DE filter, changes the work a little and the price not at all.
Screened or open
The biggest one in Pensacola. An open pool under live oaks or longleaf pines takes more skimming and more chlorine, so it's the higher tier. A screened pool with trees outside the screen is still screened.
Size
The tiers cover pools up to about 20,000 gallons, which is nearly every residential pool here. Larger pools and attached spas get a custom quote, usually a modest step up.
Condition on day one
Clear water starts weekly service immediately. Green or long-neglected water needs a one-time green pool cleanup first, quoted after a photo, and then weekly service keeps it clear.
Ask one question: are chemicals in the price?
A quote that looks $40 cheaper and bills chemicals separately usually costs more by August, and you won't know what August costs until it arrives. Compare the all-in monthly number for weekly visits, chemicals included. Then ask two more: do you brush every visit, and can I see the readings? A pause on either is your answer.

How much does weekly pool cleaning cost in Pensacola?
With us, $240 a month for a screened in-ground pool, $270 for an open one, and $160 for an above-ground pool, all with chemicals included. Published local prices we have seen run from about $200 to $325 a month; the spread is mostly whether chemicals are in the price.
Are chemicals really included?
Yes. Chlorine, acid, alkalinity and stabilizer for normal weekly balancing are in the flat price. The bill does not go up in August because the pool needed more chlorine. Green pool recovery and one-time stain or metal treatments are quoted separately.
Why is an open pool more than a screened one?
Trees. An unscreened pool under oaks or pines takes more skimming time every visit and more chlorine to hold a residual, especially in spring. The higher flat price covers both so it never becomes a surprise line item.
Is there a setup fee or a contract?
No setup fee and no contract. Weekly service is billed monthly by card on file. Cancel with two weeks notice.
What is not included?
Repairs, equipment work and installs, which need a licensed pool contractor in Florida and which we do not do. Green pool recovery, storm cleanups, spas, pools over 20,000 gallons and any commercial, HOA or condo pool are quoted individually.
Is every-other-week service cheaper?
In winter, yes: $150 a month from December through February. From March to October we only offer weekly, because Gulf Coast heat, pollen and afternoon storms burn through chlorine in days and a biweekly pool goes green.
What does the first visit cost?
If the pool is clear, the first visit is just the first weekly visit, included in the first month. If it is green or has not been serviced in a while, we quote a one-time cleanup first, after a photo.
