Weekly pool cleaning, done the same way every time.
One tech, one set day, one checklist. We keep the water balanced and the pool clean so you never open the back door to a surprise. Flat monthly price with chemicals included, and a photo on your phone after every visit.
What happens at every stop.
This is the list your tech works from, in order, at every pool. It doesn't change because the pool looks fine from the patio.
1. Skim and clear
Surface skim, then empty the skimmer basket and the pump basket. Baskets are where debris turns into a clogged pump.
2. Brush
Walls, steps, benches and the tile line. Brushing is what stops algae before it's visible, and it's the step drive-by services skip.
3. Vacuum as needed
Floor vacuum whenever there's settled debris. Under oaks and pines in spring that's every visit.
4. Test and balance
Free chlorine, pH, total alkalinity, and stabilizer and calcium on a schedule. Readings go in your log and on your report. Chemicals are included.
5. Equipment check, not equipment work
Filter pressure, pump sound, water level, salt cell condition. Anything off gets noted for you. We don't repair it.
6. Photo report
A photo of the clean pool and the readings, texted to you before the tech leaves the driveway.
You'll know it happened before you get home.
Every visit ends with a photo of the pool and the chemistry readings, texted to you. It's proof of the visit, a record of the water, and the first thing that tells you if something on the equipment pad needs a licensed pro.
Flat monthly price. No surprises in August.
Chemicals are in the price, so a hot month doesn't turn into a bigger bill.

About weekly service.
What does a weekly visit actually include?
Skim the surface, brush the walls, steps and tile line, vacuum the floor as needed, empty the skimmer and pump baskets, test the water, balance chlorine, pH and alkalinity, check filter pressure, inspect the salt cell if you have one, and text you a photo with the readings.
Is weekly really necessary in Pensacola?
Yes, from March through October. Gulf Coast heat, afternoon storms and pollen burn through chlorine in days, not weeks. In December through February an every-other-week plan is fine for most pools, and we offer one.
Are chemicals included in the monthly price?
Yes. Chlorine, acid, alkalinity and stabilizer for normal weekly balancing are included. Green pool recovery and one-time treatments like stain removal are quoted separately.
How long is each visit?
Twenty to thirty minutes for a typical residential pool, longer for open pools under trees in leaf season. The photo report shows you when we arrived and what we did.
What if something is wrong with my pump or filter?
You get a note in that visit's report. We do not repair equipment. If you want it, we will point you to a licensed pool contractor; we take no referral fee.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Weekly service is billed monthly. Cancel with two weeks notice.
